NOTE: both the common name and the specific epithet are commonly misspelled using "engle..." instead of "engel...". Also, the specific epithet is often misspelled with only one "i" at the end. The misspelling on the common name is seen much more often than that on the specific epithet.
This is a very popluar tone wood for guitar backs.
