the finish is presently just a coat of natural stain to block moisture absorption


the aromatic red cedar crotch piece in the front has a crack but I think it's pretty enough to compensate for that. The base is oak.





white ash on the left, shedua on the right, nice "omega" curves at the rear


my sometimes quirky use of angles doesn't always turn out to be as pleasing as I hope it will and this is one where I think the asymmetry is a little much.
